​THE CHALLENGE

​The app needed a significant download boost from Israeli users. Keep in mind this app (known as Azar) is present in many countries including USA, UK, Turkey, and more

THE SOLUTION

An aggressive and strategic multi channel video content approach. Below were the channels that worked.

YouTube, TikTok & Instagram We created a series of creative ads per quarter, each with their own unique flavor touching upon Israeli culture in some way (and some more global/generic). Every quarter we would pitch about 20 ideas, and through the creative process, we would pick 7-10 and produce them, cut to size, and Azar would deploy.

Influencers This was something we had never done before and it was a very cool experience to work with the Israel influencer market (channel was Instagram). SunHouse Marketing ran the influencer side of the marketing which allowed the campaign to have a strong yield.

THE RESULTS

Over the entire year, we were seeing an incredible boost in app installs (pushing Israel to one of the top performing countries above UK and USA!). We saw a return on ad spend of ~40%. We also got some cool info from the client like:
